WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?

Rock Your Locks respectfully asks for 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment.  Confirmation texts and e-mails are sent 72 hours in advance to give you plenty of time to reschedule if needed. Hey LIFE HAPPENS!  I certainly understand if you are ill or have a true emergency.  Guests that no show or cancel within 24 hours must pay for 1/2 of the appointment booked, must be paid before next appointment.  

 

WHAT IF I'M LATE?

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment we may need to adjust the services that you are scheduled for or potentially the entire service.  I will do my absolute best to accomodate but as the schedule becomes tighter I will let you know if your service will be affected by your arrival time. 

 

 

 

 

I'M NOT 100% HAPPY WITH MY HAIR...

I GUARANTEE my work.  It is my goal to have you walk out my door loving your hair.  If that is not the case, please communicate me within 1 week of your appointment so that I can make it right!

For your convenience, Rock Your Locks prebooks appointments so that you may receive the time and date that you want EVERY TIME!  

 

WHY CAN'T I BOOK ONLINE?

I want to ensure that I schedule the appropriate amount of time for your service.  Often times after a thorough consultation, more time is necessary to achieve desired results.  Simply request your appointment via e-mail (rockyourlocksaustin@gmail.com) and I will contact you to get more details on your service!
