WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE?

Rock Your Locks respectfully asks for 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment.  Confirmation texts and e-mails are sent 72 hours in advance to give you plenty of time to reschedule if needed. Hey LIFE HAPPENS!  I certainly understand if you are ill or have a true emergency.  Guests that cancel within 24 hours must pay for 1/2 of the appointment booked before another appointment can be made and a deposit will be required for future appointments. Guests that no show WILL NOT be booked for future appointments.  Please give plenty of time so that I can fill the space to someone on my waitlist.  

 

WHAT IF I'M LATE?

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, I will need to modify the services that you are scheduled for or potentially cancel the entire service.  I will do my absolute best to accommodate, but as the schedule becomes tighter, know that your service will be adjusted.

WHY CAN'T I BOOK COLOR ONLINE?

I want to ensure that I schedule the appropriate amount of time for your service.  Often times after a thorough consultation, more time is necessary to achieve desired results.  Simply request your appointment via e-mail (rockyourlocksaustin@gmail.com) and I will contact you to get more details on your service.  Please note, for first time curly clients, I require a haircut appointment first before scheduling a color appointment.

I'M NOT 100% HAPPY WITH MY HAIR...

I GUARANTEE my work.  It is my goal to have you walk out my door loving your hair.  If that is not the case, please communicate me within 1 week of your appointment so that I can make it right.

 

HOW FAR OUT DO YOU BOOK?

I open up my books on the 1st of each month, for the following month.  If you do not see availability that means my schedule is full.  You can add yourself to my waitlist on Vagaro or periodically check back for openings. Changes do happen!
